1. Service Description

LPXQ.net provides a web-based file management system. We deploy and maintain the software on servers you purchase from cloud providers. The software license is annual and includes updates and bug fixes during the subscription period.

2. License

You are purchasing a license to use the LPXQ.net software on one server per order. The license is non-transferable and non-exclusive. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the software.

3. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely through LemonSqueezy/PayPal. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with the service. After 14 days, no refunds are available for the remaining subscription period.

4. Service Level

LPXQ.net is developed and maintained by an individual developer. While we strive for high quality, we do not guarantee 99.9% uptime. Support is provided via email and response time is typically within 24 hours on business days.

5. Limitation of Liability

LPXQ.net is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of this software, including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, or security breaches.

6. Disclaimer

LPXQ.net provides the software only. Data is stored on servers you purchase or rent. You are solely responsible for:

• Regularly backing up your data. LPXQ.net is not liable for any data loss or corruption.
• Server security (system updates, firewall configuration, access control). LPXQ.net is not liable for security breaches, hacker attacks, or unauthorized access.
• Complying with applicable laws regarding the content you store and share.

In no event shall the total liability of LPXQ.net exceed the license fee you paid for the current subscription period.

10. Prohibited Uses

• Host illegal content (copyrighted material without permission, malware, etc.)
• Use the system for phishing or spam campaigns
• Attempt to reverse engineer or crack the license system

10. Pricing Changes

LPXQ.net reserves the right to adjust product prices and service fees at any time without prior notice. New pricing applies to new orders placed after the adjustment. Existing active subscriptions will not be affected during the current billing period.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email.
